We target delivery within approximately one (1) week of receiving all required information from you. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by incomplete information, extended client response times, or circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery window.
All services are sold at the prices listed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable one-time charge to your payment method. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, which govern payment processing.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom configuration, knowledge transfer, and dedicated consulting time, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once payment has been made.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all business information, brand materials, and content you provide to us. We use your materials solely to deliver the services you purchased.

AI-generated outputs are inherently variable. We do not guarantee that the configurations we deliver will produce any specific business outcome, revenue increase, time savings, or result.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FULGUR FORGE AND CHRISV CONSULTING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
